Privacy Policy

Any Intellectual Property or other information that is given to Show Group will remain in strict confidence. Show Group procedures ensure that all information remains secure.

Show Group also commits to compliance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, and in doing so will only transfer data to relevant suppliers or third parties (including airlines, hotels and car hire companies) and airline computer reservations systems, purely for the purpose of making supplier reservations.

In order to provide specific company management information Show Group will provide full access to personal information held unless particular circumstances apply (as prescribed by the Privacy Amendment {Private Sector} Act 2000) that require Show Group limit the extent of access granted.

Should Show Group no longer require the information collected then all reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information that are on file will be made.
